One of the many things that sets Spencer Heating and Air apart from our competitors is our customized duct work.
Many HVAC contractors will install a product called duct board when replacing the duct (air-flow) system in your home. Duct board is a common form of heating and air conditioning insulation made out of fiberglass and a thin layer of foil.
Spencer Heating and Air custom makes sheet-metal ductwork to fit your home. We construct duct work in our shop after we have inspected your home to see if, number one, you actually need new air ducts installed, and number two, after measuring the exact amount you will need.
Sheet metal ductwork will not wear out. Eventually, duct board ductwork will wear out and need replacing.
We custom make our ductwork in our shop to fit your home, and your home only. It’s sort of like buying a tailor-made suit: it’s just going to fit better, and it will last the lifetime of your home.
By using higher quality products and customizing them to fit your home, your system is going to run more efficiently, lose less air (if any), and make your home more comfortable all year long.
